- When giving a numerical answer to WeBWorK, you should have at least 4 significant digits to ensure that WeBWorK accepts it, and I'd recommend using 5. So, for example, suppose you find that the answer to a given problem is 10√2 = 14.1421356237310... . Then WeBWorK would accept 14.14, though I'd recommend entering 14.142 or, better yet, 10*sqrt(2).
