You don't always have to load new content to get dynamic effects.
You may be able to use CSS to hide the content initially and reveal it
when needed.
This can give better performance, since the math is typeset up front, and
no new content needs to be loaded.
This technique usually involves using
display:none , but again
that means MathJax will not be able to measure the mathematics properly.
