Warning: MathJax can't measure the sizes of things in elements that have
CSS style
display:none (since the browser doesn't lay these
out).
So you should not call
MathJax.Hub.Typeset() on elements that
have display:none set.
Instead use
visibility:hidden (perhaps with
height:0; overflow: hidden; ) if you can.
After typesetting, you can set
display:none and go back to
visibility:visible and height:auto if you
need to.
