Some Caveats

Warning: MathJax can't measure the sizes of things in elements that have CSS style display:none (since the browser doesn't lay these out). So you should not call MathJax.Hub.Typeset() on elements that have display:none set. Instead use visibility:hidden (perhaps with height:0; overflow: hidden;) if you can. After typesetting, you can set display:none and go back to visibility:visible and height:auto if you need to.
