Marking Mathematics in HTML pages
These problems can be resolved by not using the tex2jax
preprocessor, and instead marking the mathematics in the page "by hand"
(i.e., make the HTML page already include the markers that MathJax looks
for).
Use <script
type="math/tex">...</script> around in-line
mathematics.
Use <script
type="math/tex; mode=display">...</script>
around display mathematics.
Use <span
class="MathJax_Preview">...</span>
before each script containing the mathematics (fixes an IE spacing
problem).
