How many CES are there?

The classification of CES reduces to a classification of the groups \Gamma.

A theorem of L. Bieberach indicates that there are only finitely many of these in any dimension.

Hantzsche and Wendt (1934) showed that there are exactly ten CES, six orientable and four non-orientable.
