[Not to be turned in, but we will discuss in class]
- Consider the implication $P \implies Q$. Show that it is equivalent to an "or" statement. (Your first step is to figure out what "or" statement to use. Be sure to justify your claim that the statements are equivalent.)
- Consider the proposition $\Not (P \implies Q)$. Find an equivalent proposition that uses negation only with $P$ or $Q$ (or both), not with a more complicated proposition. (Be sure to justify your conclusions.)
