Math 15 Homework Policy:
Problems will be assigned each class, though these will not be
collected. This does not mean that they are optional. You will
not be successful in this class if you do not do the homework. Each
Friday problems for collection will be assigned; these will be due on
the following Wednesday. Please staple your homework pages
together, and trim the left edge if they are torn out of a
spiral notebook. Unstapled or ragged homework will not be graded, nor
will homework that is turned in late. Please print on only one side
of the paper, clearly and legibly.
You should write in complete, english
sentences when you write up your homework; since mathematical notation
is shorthand for english words, you can incorporate these into your
sentences, but you must explain what you are doing as you do it.
Copies of the best solutions will be made available in a notebook
outside my office.
