Exams:
There will be three exams during the term. They will be on Friday of weeks 3, 6, and 9. There will also be a final exam during final exam week.
Homework:
Homework will be assigned daily. Certain assignments will be handed in.
Final Grade:
60% exam average +
10% homework average +
30% final exam
Office hours:
Your instructor does not list regular office hours, but makes lots of time available for student help. All you have to do is ask (in person, by phone, or by e-mail).
A note on final exams:
The Mathematics Department does not give early final exams. Therefore, you should make sure that no one in your family purchases a non-refundable airline ticket for you for a departure earlier than the last scheduled final exam.
