Placement Exam Network Issues

If you lose your connection to the internet during your exam, you should be able to continue working on the exam after you reconnect, provided you do so within the time period of your exam. If you don't close your browser window, you should be able to continue right where you left off; otherwise, you will need to go through the questionnaire again after reconnecting.

If you are unable to reconnect during your exam period, or have lost a substantial amount of time in doing so, stop taking the exam, and contact the math department at the address below.

If you receive "broken image" icons, try reloading the page. Your browser may give up on downloading an image if it takes too long, so reloading should make it try again. If all your images are broken, be sure that you have enabled downloading of images in your browser (some browsers allow you to turn this off). If it is enabled and you still can't see the images, please contact the math department at the address below.

If you are unable to access the placement exam electronically, please contact the Mathematics Department to make other arrangements to take the exam during the summer.

Please contact math@union.edu if you experience technical difficulties.
